Imogen had a school assembly this week, normally she is a narrator as she reads and remembers her lines well, but this time she was very excited to be a fox.
Its a busy week for Imogen as she is in a show with her big sister on Saturday, so her school assembly was a nice warm up for her.
She has had a great week at school and all the children got to meet their teachers for next year today and Imogen loved telling me that her new classroom hasnt even been built yet.
As the end of term is only a few weeks away I have been busy designing these wonderful thank you teacher quick cards.
They are suitable for teaching assistants too and I have put them all on special offer. 9 different designs available and a matching insert too.
Last weekend we were involved in our first ever carnival as a family. Imogen and Jessica were dressed up in their Annie and Oliver as the theme was Musicals.
Unfortunately the lady who runs their musical theatre group had some sad news the day before so couldnt be in the carnival, but all the parents stepped up and walked the route with the kids.
My hubby drove, so he could blast out the music for their upcoming show. It was sprung on us at the last minute that the kids needed to do a 5 minute performance to impress the judges.
The children did so well and won 1st place!
It was a hot long walk, but all the children did really well and did their group proud, they collected lots of money too.

This week saw my eldest daughter Jessicas 9th birthday. She has been counting down the days as she is one of the youngest in her class, she just couldnt wait to be 9!
This is a pic of her on her birthday morning, ready for school, but still with bed hair. She still has her party to come, which is going to be a quasar party and she is so excited about this, she said she wants to dress all in black so she can sneak up on people!
She is having a fun filled birthday week, she was on a school trip on her birthday and is in our local carnival at the weekend and she is off to a friends party too.

Last weekend we set up a stall at a bootsale, its been years since we have done one and we had accumulated a huge amount of stuff in our garage.
My husband seems to be a bit of a hoarder, whereas I am quite happy to get rid of stuff, I would love to be able to open a drawer or cupboard which isnt already full!
We had amazing weather for the day even though it had rained all week. We took our gorgeous boy Baxter with us and I and Im sure he was attracting customers, with a few of them wanting to buy Him!!
He was such a good boy all day, laying in a shady spot and getting up to greet the people who wanted a stroke.
We managed to get rid of quite a lot of our stuff which was a big bonus. This week I have lots of Fathers Day designs on special offer and some really fun Teacher designs ready for the summer holidays.

This week my golden retriever Baxter turned 12! I always say he is my eldest child and I have had him longer than I have been married, I spend the most time with him and he really is my best buddy.
I made sure he had a great birthday, but to be honest every day is pretty great for Baxter! I put some chicken on his breakfast, he got lots of new teddies and he had a very soggy walk.
He even got to go out for a second walk to pick the girls up from school, so he got lots of fuss at the school gate.
I shared this picture of him on Facebook and it got the most likes out of anything I have ever posted, just shows what a soppy, dog loving lot we are.
