It has taken 3 tries during Covid to get our family reunion scheduled. It was a great time to see the younger generation together to play, ride horses, swim, ride dune buggies and go to the farm.
There was around 40 cousins together. Normally we get together every 3 years.
This was 6 years. For my family it was 9 since we missed the last one. It was the first reunion for my youngest granddaughter. Special memories.

This is the third year my family reunion. We had over 30 people at the reunion. My aunt, 92, was the first generation that organize the first reunion. There are now 4 generations. It was wonderful to see all the little ones.

On my morning walk Ive been watching two different mushroom patches. I discovered these mushrooms which Ive been watching had grown a lot. This picture at first looked like garbage, perhaps cottage cheese. Its an unusual shape. Perhaps you can identify it? To me it looked like popcorn.

Spring always brings such wonderful from the fall planting of bulbs. Last fall was the first time I purchased bulbs from a tulip farm. I carefully planned and planted where I would get the best results. Im amazed at how big and prolific they turned out.
I knew the flowers would be large but didnt realize the would be hiding smaller bulbs within. Many of the bulbs cam with side this popping up which were not apparent when I planted them. And the double layered tulips are frilly and fun.

Oh yes. Our favorite daily watch of escape to the country. Life is still laid back with little going on that is exciting. My day begins with a walk, breakfast and a tv episode.
Cant travel to England so how better a way to see into the English countryside, business, museums and interesting houses.
Besides England weve traveled to France through our television to see the restoration of Norte Dame. Thank goodness that we can enjoy travel daily through virtual travel.
