And her visit is now over. Back home she will go. No more purrrrrring sounds, playing with newspaper or cutting pieces.

Ground hog day is feb 2. Not far away. Onto Valentines Day. Will this melt by then?

We went to the mile high city for thanksgiving to visit family. This is my husband sitting on the capital steps where it declares the spot that is on mile above sea level.

The Mississippi region will soon be blazing with color. We spent the weekend in Spring Geeb Wisconsin, a favorite. Early fall destination for many special venues. Our main reason for the yearly migration is the American theatre and our favorite B & B.
The butterfly garden was in bloom, the chicken provide wonderful breakfast treats and the wildlife could be heard but not seen.
A restful week end getaway.
