My son and his Fiancé really got into the spirit of Halloween 2012. They found the perfect costume for their brindle boxer, Harley. As you can see, they dressed her up as a huge Bumble Bee!

She looks so cute, but I'm not too sure how happy she was about the whole thing. I have been busy creating some new Flip-Up cards, and here is my version of a Bumble Bee. Be sure to check out the rest of my new Flip-Up cards as well.

Hello from Mary Jane & Honey Boo Boo Kitty. "We" have been busy designing some new cards & toppers. Honey Boo Boo told me she would like for us to start designing a new series.

I asked her what she had in mind, and she told me she would like for "us" to design a series of cards & toppers with, "If animals could talk what would they say?", as our topic.

So, we are in the process of doing just that. I create the artwork, and she supplies the verbiage for the cards. It seems to be working quite well. In this picture she is working hard on some new sentiments for new sheets.

Below is one of our sheets in the new series.

Hello everyone! I have a confession to make... I have a new "partner" helping me with my graphic design work. She has been "working" with me for about 3 months now. Although she is new to the computer and graphic design work, her creativity is improving every day.

Her name is "Honey Boo Boo Kitty", and she is about 4 months old. As you can see in the photo, she loves CUP! Her dream is to meet 'Crafty Bob', I think she has a wee bit of a crush on him! Here is one of the kits that she helped me put together. HUGS from Mary Jane Harris & Honey Boo Boo Kitty

I recently shared our joy over the engagement of our son. He is 24, soon to be 25. I was sorting through some files today and ran across this picture of him in his first Halloween "costume".

I use the word 'costume' lightly because it was actually a grocery store paper bag with holes cut out for his arms and his head.

I then cut out leaves from various colored sheets of construction paper (I was into paper crafts all those years ago...*laughing*).

We were not going to take him out "Trick-or-Treating" that year as he was only a year old... but all of our friends insisted that they wanted to help him celebrate his first Halloween.

I reluctently agreed, and made him a last minute "costume". Everyone thought he was adorable, and he got lots and lots of "treats".

We are celebrating the engagement of our son Gary and his Fiancé Halee. They spent the weekend in Niagra Falls, NY; and became engaged on Saturday afternoon (9-25-2012) while they were on a boat underneath the Canadian side of the falls.

No wedding date has been set yet.
