Hi there, I bought this step by step, but when I print it off the elements are much bigger than the elements on the card base itself, so don't match up. How can I print this so that the elements are the same size. Thanks very much, Sarah

On January 5th 2021 I purchased this card (cup537035_99) but when I try to open the .svg version I get a message saying "Failed to load image. Image is either not supported or invalid."

Hi Mary Jane, I purchased these book marks a long time ago and have been meaning to tell you that your png set are not pngs at all - fortunately I am a designer too so I was able to turn them into pngs - but you might like to correct this and perhaps send new files to those who have purchased. I see you designed these in 2012 so no one has told you before?

Whoops, Mary Jane, I was getting ready to print this but noticed that the sheet with layer #1 has #4, 5 and 6 from the other, more lavender card on it. I'm assuming it wasn't meant to be that way?? I love this design and can't wait to make it, but will wait until I hear from you, OK?

My name is Tanya and I live in Melbourne Australia. I was wondering if it were possible to sell your lovely designs as a handmade physical item (I would be the only one making them)?

I'm not starting a business, I just like creating the items and thought that selling some of the finished items would fund purchasing papers etc to continue making crafts. Of course, I would link back to your shop here on Crafts U Print and make sure any images had watermarks to prevent them being stolen.

Totally understand if this is not possible, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

This well not download for me. I tried to reset it over and over again and it doesn't work. But I paid for this and it doesn't work so please fix it. This well NOT DONWLOAD so please fix or refund my money PLEASE!!! NOT IMPRESSED with the fact that no one has dealt with this issue yet!!! So just future customers know that if you have an issue with this designer you won't get any support from designer as she ignores you!!!
