Hi there, I bought this step by step, but when I print it off the elements are much bigger than the elements on the card base itself, so don't match up. How can I print this so that the elements are the same size. Thanks very much, Sarah

On January 5th 2021 I purchased this card (cup537035_99) but when I try to open the .svg version I get a message saying "Failed to load image. Image is either not supported or invalid."

Whoops, Mary Jane, I was getting ready to print this but noticed that the sheet with layer #1 has #4, 5 and 6 from the other, more lavender card on it. I'm assuming it wasn't meant to be that way?? I love this design and can't wait to make it, but will wait until I hear from you, OK?

My name is Tanya and I live in Melbourne Australia. I was wondering if it were possible to sell your lovely designs as a handmade physical item (I would be the only one making them)?

I'm not starting a business, I just like creating the items and thought that selling some of the finished items would fund purchasing papers etc to continue making crafts. Of course, I would link back to your shop here on Crafts U Print and make sure any images had watermarks to prevent them being stolen.

Totally understand if this is not possible, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

This well not download for me. I tried to reset it over and over again and it doesn't work. But I paid for this and it doesn't work so please fix it. This well NOT DONWLOAD so please fix or refund my money PLEASE!!! NOT IMPRESSED with the fact that no one has dealt with this issue yet!!! So just future customers know that if you have an issue with this designer you won't get any support from designer as she ignores you!!!

HI there,

I stumbled arcross your shop during a Google search for a turtle/tortoise card idea for my 7 year old daughter Esmé to make for her grandad. She comes to visit me every Wednesday you see ( I live in a care home due to my illness) and I plan art and crafts for her to do during the visit. Her grandads birthdays coming up so she told me she wanted to make him a tortoise card for him! Your card looks just what I was looking for and hopefully easy enough for them to print out for me and for her to put together herself. The only issue seems to be that when I added it to my basket to checkout, it wasn't allowing me to. I was wondering if I could pay you directly via PayPal?
