Happy Christmas Poinsettia Split Card
Photographs from the Community (4)
I cut the base from 200gsm white card and the poinsettia from 160gsm green and red card. I attached a green glitter card to the back of the front and added the poinsettia using a wet glue.
I finished with a gem in the middle of the poinsettia A super card that is not difficult to make.
Cut out using 210gsm white card on my Silhouette Cameo. The poinsettia was also 210gsm card from my stash. I just hand measured a piece of deep blue pearlescent card to pop behind the cut-out to enhance the beautiful cut work. to make the poinsettia 'pop' all I did was use my Sakura pen, Clear Star, to create 'veins' on the petals.
The machine coped lovely with this file.
The main card is cute from 220 gsm white card and the poinsettia from green and red pearlised card. I curled the leaves of the poinsettia round a pencil and layered together with sticky foam pads before sticking to the base card.
I added a glitter peel off circle to the centre of the flower and used a patterned paper to make an insert to show through the aperture.
mooie snijpatroontje met vrolijk kleuren gemaakt en ik heb de cricut maker gebruikt.
