After the rain this afternoon a large flock of starlings arrived in our front garden. We couldn't believe how many there were. After a very noisy feast they all flew off again . Wonder if they will all come back again tomorrow ?

On a recent trip to Benningborough Hall, near York ,UK, We came across this fantastic tea pot. It's made from lots of little blue and white art projects, all put together in a tea pot shape .
After admiring it for ages what else could we do but pop into the cafe for a cream tea ?
What a great afternoon xx

We had a magical walk through Keldy Forest, North Yorkshire ,UK, at the weekend. These Red Toadstools were all across the forest floor under the pine trees. We half expected fairies and pixies to be living in them.
We hadn't realised that these Toadstools were real until we saw them growing. We always thought they were just cartoons in childrens stories. The real name for them is Amanita muscaria, commonly known as the fly agaric or fly amanita, but to us they will always be fairy toadstools

On our recent trip to the pet shop Maisie our Scottie tried on some new outfits . This was our favourite , not sure Maisie agrees though lol xxx

We took Granddaughter Lexie to a Birds of prey display. When they asked for volunteers to help ,Lexie couldn't wait to join in. This Is Lexie holding an Eagle owl which has Just flown to her .
The owls wingspan was bigger than Lexie, but she didn't even flinch when it flew to her. Guess what is now on the Christmas List. lol
