Ever since out youngest daughter was a small child she always went on about working for Virgin Atlantic, and how shed love to wear the uniform...
I think this was due to always flying with them when she was small and we took our yearly holidays. We even had to buy her a red suit so she could pretend as she was growing up...
Well she studied hard and got offered the training as you know which was 3 years ago now... and made the cut so she had earned the right to wear that Red uniform and serve the public and she was always so very proud to do so.Just recently its been in the new that Virgin will lose jobs and hers maybe on the line, She is devastated to say the least and is hoping it wont come to her losing her so longed for job...
But we will have to see how that pans out in the future weeks to come.In the meantime Amber has participated in several videos showing how they work and how much their jobs mean to them..
In fact one made me cry they are all so passionate about it.As well as videos her Wings which she was presented with on passing all her exams has done the rounds also, Richard Branson used the photo of them taken by her fiance for many things since it was taken...The photo I have uploaded this week is Ambers wings and they look a bit distorted but in fact the photo is full of Virgin Atlantics crew faces.. they have added as many as they can into the photo..I think personally its a lovely touch and I feel very proud its my daughter wings doing the good deed!Dont for get Fathers Day 21st June....
I have many designs to suit the occasion..
Im just learning how to edit in photoshop! I find it very hard going really!
Its quite a hard software program to use.I think this jet with the coloured background looks lovely but I dont really want to take away they genuine article by editing so much you dont recognise the original photo.
Theres so many icons to learn and what exactly does what, this took quite a time really when Im used to paint shop pro.Ill keep trying LOL.
This lockdown is certainly giving me cabin fever so need to try new things. Stay safe everyone
Well this lockdown has given me cabin fever badly Im used to my freedom and having it taken away is very hard going for all I should imagine I have spent most of my time decorating, Ive finished the hall stairs and landing.
The bathroom is done too with just a new carpet to go in there and a new bath panel which I cant get till my freedom is returned back to me.Tonight we pushed the boat out our first takeout since lockdown begun, and what a lovely change it made tooHowever the fish was so big I couldnt finish it but my friend dolly my dog could hahaThanks for your continued support in these hard times for all of usHappy cutting!!
VAQ-135 Black ravens took part in the military excercise in Nellis this year, Not seen them before and they had special painted livery too which I just loved,The EA-18G Growler aircraft represents the most advanced technology in airborne Electronic Attack and stands as the Navys first line of defense in hostile environments and I have to say very much fun to watch.I am hoping this lock down passes soon as the next RED Flag is in July and as I missed most of it in March due to having to come home early Id like to go back. This weeks featured items are a 3D Hat and Box template which I originally designed back in 2014 with roses can now ben found with Lilies..Stay safe everyone
