Our two Golden Retrievers, Billy and Sam, lead a wonderful life with us. We dont worry about them when we go out because they immediately rush upstairs to sleep on our bed.
When we return home, theyll slowly make their way to the top of the stairs to check out whats happening before running down and welcoming us with excitement.
Although it can get a bit cramped when Billy decides to join us on the bed at 4 am, his cuddles are quite comforting though and we soon fall back asleep.
Every Christmas my granddaughters measure how tall they have grown over the year by comparing their height to mine. As you can see by these pictures they have now both overtaken me! The only one who is still smaller is little 3-year-old Daisy.
Although I am sure she will be taller than me one day. Everyone says the girsl are so tall, but I must stress that I am only 5 2 I love seeing the difference in pictures, but I dont think of myself as small until I see them.
I am back to designing my favourite 1950s ladies.
I hope you like the ones I have uploaded, as I have many more to follow. I also made this cute owl mini kit as a request for a lovely customer.
Christmas is over and I was curious to see the new post box topper. As we walked our dogs towards it, I noticed that it had been changed from the lovely Christmas topper. I eagerly anticipated what it would be this time.
As we got closer, I could see tinsel, which made me wonder if it was another Christmas-themed topper. But, as it turned out, it was a Happy New Year one with glasses and bottles of champagne and the number 2024.
Isnt it fun?
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. We enjoyed spending a few days with our children and three granddaughters. On Christmas Day, my husband and I cooked, and a few days later, we went to our favourite restaurant.
Billy and Sam had a lot of fun during the celebrations, especially when it came to opening presents, as they loved ripping the wrapping paper off and helping everyone open theirs too.

Every day when I am relaxing on the sofa after dinner, my youngest Golden Retriever Sam brings me a gift, so that I will play with him.
The other day it was a bunch of socks my son-in-law gave him. I called it Socktimus Prime!
It was great to spin it around and throw it across the room for him to run and fetch it back to me.
He even knows what it is called now! lol I have added another gift bag for those last minute gifts and check out my cutlery wraps for the festive table.
