Yep still tripping on Australia. Having a great time. Coober Pedy is a town in northern South Australia, 846 km north of Adelaide on the Stuart Highway. According to the 2011 census, its population was 1,695It is an interesting place. It is so hot that the people live underground.
We had a hotel that was build into a hill. NO air conditioner needed.The town is sometimes referred to as the opal capital of the world because of the quantity of precious opals that are mined there.

We have been on a Cruise from Seattle to Hawaii to Fiji Island and ending in Sydney. The boat had room for over 3000 passengers. The towel art was amazing. We had a climbing wall, mini golf, swimming pool steam room and sauna.
We have been in Australia since October 28th and leave on Jan. 14 2018. NZ is awaiting and with a rental car we will explore the north Island.We just finished the Great ocean road and pictures will follow.
Hi me and hubby will be on the Explorer of the Sea cruise ship leaving from Seattle to Sydney. A total of 22 Days visiting Hawaii and the Fiji Island. We will be spending the Winter in AU and NZ for a Change.
This one will have a rock claiming wall a Ice Skating rink a surfing pool among the things I have never seen.
We will be sharing it with over 3000 other people and over 2000 employees. Hope to make some great new friends and will see if anyone knows about CUP :)Being a tourist I will not be very busy designing.

THis is a piture of my Trip back to Switzerland last year.The Aletsch Glacier or Great Aletsch Glacier is the largest glacier in the Alps.
It has a length of about 23 km.It is in the eastern Bernese Alps in the Swiss canton of Valais.
The Aletsch Glacier is composed of four smaller glaciers converging at Concordia Place, where its thickness was measured by the ETH to be still near 1 km (3,300 ft)The whole area, including other glaciers is part of the Jungfrau-Aletsch Protected Area, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001.
