Mount Robson Provincial Park is a vast provincial park in the Canadian Rockies with an area of 2,249 km².
The park is located entirely within British Columbia, bordering Jasper National Park in Alberta.The B.C. legislature created the park in 1913, the same year as the first ascent of Mount Robson by a party led by Conrad Kain.
The park is named for Mount Robson, which has the highest point in the Canadian Rockies and is located entirely within the park.
We always have to go through there to visit our friends.
A couple of month ago we took a trip up to the Yukon a province of Canada. The roads a bit rough and always need fixing because of the permafrost.It is wild, mountainous and sparsely populated.
It?s known for dog-sledding, canoe expeditions, hiking, salmon fishing and other outdoor pursuits, as well as for the colourful northern lights sometimes seen in its nighttime sky.
Yes there is a Eiffel tower in the USA - Las Vegas. It belongs to the Hotel Paris and there is a lift you can take for a fee to go up there.
Also half way is a restaurant.
Never gone there yet although we have been to Vegas over 20 times. We did go see the Jersey Boys at the Hotel and it was GRAND. It is the story and music of the Four Seasons. Very recommendable show. The lake you see with the water display belongs to the Bellagio Hotel opposite the Paris Hotel.

A couple of weeks ago I went to a wedding in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Waiting to go to the reception I came across another wedding party but this one was all dressed in Indian Saree's. The bride had a cream colored wedding Saree with lovely gold stitching.
The bridesmaids where all in pink Saree's . I could not take my eyes of the brides hands. So I went up to her and asked her if she mind me taking a picture of it. She also told me it took hours to paint.
I am going to make a design for a ethnic wedding card as soon as I get to it. WE are leaving this week to go south for the winter as usual.

Fredericksburg is the seat of Gillespie County, in the U.S. state of Texas. As of the 2010 Census, the city had a population of 10,530.
Fredericksburg was founded in 1846 and named after Prince Frederick of Prussia. Notable as the home of Texas German, a dialect spoken by the first generations of German settlers who initially refused to learn English.
It still has a very German feel to it . With lovely decorations all over town for Christmas. On October 14, 1970, the Fredericksburg Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places in Texas. I have just uploaded many NEW Iris Folding Patterns.
