A couple of weeks ago we went to the Yorkshire coast for a few days. It was our puppy Millies second holiday to the seaside and she loved it. The weather was very warm and Millie had so much fun chasing her ball into the sea.
The water was so calm and she let the waves lap over the top of her head at times. It was lovely to see her having so much fun and we cant wait to take her back again next Summer

My 87 year old Father in Law is always telling us stories about his childhood in Northern Ireland. So we thought it would be a nice idea to take him there for a few days for his birthday.
He showed us where he was born, the church where he was baptised, his schools etc. We even managed to get inside his infant school classroom. Its now part of a hospital and the room is a day room. It was early evening and the caretaker we started talking to took us inside so we could take photos.
We took lots of other photos of my Father in Law at all of his old haunts. He had a wonderful few days and we went home with lots of lovely memories. Here is a photo of him about to board the aeroplane in Belfast for our journey home

We took Millie to the Yorkshire Coast for a weeks holiday at the end of last April. The weather was bitter cold and we even had some snow at times. Despite the weather Millie now aged 8 months had a fantastic time on the beaches.
She chased pebbles, seagulls and gave any seaweed she came across a good shaking! I was wary to let her off lead at first but hubby managed to pursuade me and Millie was as good as gold.
She stayed with us all the time but she loved the freedom to run about.
We bought a ball launcher and she would shoot off after it like a bullet from a gun. I wish I had so much energy!

Our puppy Millie is now almost 6 months old and looking more grown up by the day. The last few months have been hard work as it's just been like having a new baby in the house.
Millie has been a good puppy though and was house trained within a very short time and has not chewed a thing.
My husband has just retired from work and is now able to help me look after Millie. This means I can spend more time designing. Some of my latest kits feature Millie as I have drawn a little dog character in her likeness. Here are two of my newest designs

Last month our little dog Gem passed to the rainbow bridge. She had cancer and she would have been 12 years old this month. We now have a cheeky little Puppy called Millie. We have had her just over a week and she is certainly keeping us on our toes.
The house training is coming along marvelously and she has only had one or two accidents in the house. I have bought a playpen and lots of toys to keep her out of mischief while I am working. She will never take the place of Gem but she has mended a big hole in our hearts and we love her to bits already.
Here are two of my latest designs which I thought I would share with you :)
