Hello Michelle. First of all Thank you for purchasing my design. Unfortunately, this is the problem with a lot of the Designer Resource AI (artificial intelligence) designs. When we the designer purchase them, it is not alway apparent that the background merges with the design, which is what has happened here. I tried, when erasing for the decoupage, to give a faint outline of the hat. I am afraid I cannot improve on this, not only because of the original design, but also as yours is the 3rd sale on thi design, once a design is sold the cup system doesn't allow any designer to alter their design, so my apologies. Cut the last decoupage close to the cap peak, and it should be OK. I hope this is of help to you. Hilda.

Hi,

I purchased this download yesterday. In the description it says 'Green background with sheet music frame and teenage boy with his guitar and drum kit. Decoupage and choice of relations, Son, Grandson, Brother, Nephew'.

All that I received was a topper that cost £1.25... I am very disappointed as I wanted to make a special card for my Grandson's birthday at the weekend.

I am so sorry, A couple months ago she quit selling to resellers. That is what I am. She gave me premission a couple years ago to sell on craftuprint. Then I get a couple of nasty emails from her also demanding me to do things one was your stuff. and I had it exclusive items to be removed. Craftuprint has it where is you are selling coming on there site you can make it exclusive. She made me take them down. She is making a lot of people mad.I am going to close my store down. I my descriptions I has that you can sell anywhrere and other stuff. As a resell I could set my own rule.
