An Easy Crochet Harlequin Hat Pattern in 2 Sizes -to use up all your scraps of yarn

This pattern was designed to use up left over scraps of 8ply yarn and a 5.5mm crochet hook. It is technically worked in the round, but turning at the end of each round as the pattern requires 2 completely different rows to complete the bobble look stitch.

If you can uses US terminology and know how to single crochet and double crochet, it is so easy. I have included photographs and sizing for the smaller hat which is child size and the larger hat which is an adult size.
