Out walking along the sea wall at Maldon in Essex (yes, where the famous salt comes from), I went along part of a footpath I hadn't used before and came across this beautiful pony, just happily grazing in the sunshine.
Pretty little thing isn't it?
I also saw a mother with a new foal which was only just the size of a large dog. Sadly, I couldn't get a decent photo of that, but it's stamped in my memory banks as another one of the day's surprises.
Here's my top selling equestrian design and most recent featuring a unicorn. Search for HORSE under my name, for 3 framed horse backgrounds only 20p.

Out walking this week, we ended up in fields of oilseed rape, stretching as far as the eye could see.
So stunning and aren't yellow, green and blue three of life's most natural colours? They just lift my spirits. Here's a couple of my gold star designs to tempt you.

I've got this amazing purple poppy in my garden that I didn't plant, so where did it come from? I searched for an answer and found that poppy seeds can last in the ground for as long as 50 years when buried or kept in darkness by vegetation.
The annual poppies are dependent upon disturbed ground and, as pioneers, they will seize the moment whenever the seed comes to the surface.
This is why you will see them painting a new motorway embankment or transforming the rubble left after the bulldozers have flattened a building site.
It's a bit harsh to liken my garden to a building site - LOL - but obviously this poppy came from a seed buried more than ten years ago, because that's how long I've been here.
Here are my two top selling poppy designs. I've got 14 poppy designs - see them by searching for POPPY under my designer name.

Don't be silly, I haven't won a major film award, but I have made this Oscar teddy bear. He's quite large, beautifully soft and cuddly and has his name embroidered on the sole of his right foot. One of my better efforts, I think.
Next bear is going to be a totally baby friendly one, all just wool and embroidered features, for a new baby boy.
To see more cards like these two, search for FABULOUS FOOTWEAR or CHURCH WINDOW under my designer name. There are gold and shooting stars available.

I used to have a lot more spare time before I got hooked on designing cards for craftsUprint! One of my other crafty hobbies was cross stitch and a friend spotted this recently and remarked on how life-like it is.
Something in the eyes, they said.... and I think I can see what they mean. Here's a couple of my bear designs. Why not search for BEAR under my designer name to see all of them?
