A chance to start anew,
Leave the past way far behind,
With that there's nothing you can do,
Now you have the future,
Before your very eyes,
You can shape it, you can mould it,
And then you'll realise,
What matters is this moment,
Forge ahead and don't look back,
Believe that you can do it,
Stay strong, you're back on track.

Take a minute say a prayer,
Be calm, be still and know He's there,
Pour out your needs, your troubles too,
For God is listening now to you,
Although the mighty sea does roar,
And troubles are knocking on your door,
Have faith and know his love is just,
That all you need to do is trust,
So leave your burden in his hands,
Be now set free, He understands.
