This lovely topper features a fabulous inspirational quote on a scroll, with a gorgeous soft backdrop and beautiful belle roses.
It has decoupage to add depth. The quote is "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain".

Printed onto good quality matte photo paper and mounted the base image onto an A5 card blank.I attached the sentiment panel using 3d foam,used glue gel for the decoupage elements and simply embellished with some co-ordinating pearls.A gorgeous design,beautiful colours and a lovely sentiment...just perfect.
I printed onto good quality photo paper and cut the design out I then added the base onto the card with DST and the other elements on with foam pads this is a really stunning card I love it
I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I added some purple pearls and used diamond stickles on all the flowers to accent
