They say still waters run deep.
Thay also say talk is cheap.
But in my heart I know
Your strengths and your weaknesses.
Does that make you any less?
You are the bravest, strongest,
Person I have ever met.
I love you with all my heart.

After every storm there is a Rainbow.
For every teardrop there is a smile.
Every weakness shows us our strentghs.
Day follows night, without a doubt.
Never give up on yourself.
Be like the Rainbow,
Shine above the storm.

Take this life slowly embrace what it gives,
There are occasions in life when we have to forgive,
Walk this path happily, do things quietly - don't shout,
Let peace be your goal, take your time, figure it out,
Your existence here can make many people smile,
By giving them a word or two - just go that extra mile,
Be sensitive, encouraging, interested - and you'll see,
That your days on this Earth are full of possibilities.

Count your blessings that's what they say,
Count your blessings and you'll have a good day,
But what are your blessings, you may well ask,
These come quite easy, for others it's a task,
Just being a alive, top of the list it might be,
For others it might simply be sipping some tea,
Being with a loved one - enjoying the life that you share,
For someone, it's been an answer to one of their prayers,
It all depends on what brings you delight,
Maybe the day started in darkness but now there is light,
Blessings can either be big or minute,
What's really important is that happiness takes root,
That soon you'll find blessings wherever you go,
Then quickly you'll find many seven days in a row.

These days are very anxious days,
Days to bury your head,
Days you really just want to say, 'I'd rather stay in bed,'
Days we long for freedom,
To do things we used to do,
For we used to go about our days,
With fears that were very few,
But with these days are worries,
Whatever will come up next,
The situation can consume us and leave us all perplexed.
All we can do is one day at a time,
Don't think too far ahead,
Do things that make us happy,
Focus on those instead,
Phone a friend, read a book,
Sing out loud - who cares,
Dance around quite madly,
Why worry if anyone stares,
These times will pass then you'll wonder how,
You got through those difficult days,
Because inside yourself you found sunshine,
Then basked within it rays.

We don't always know our own strength and may need to be told. Once reminded by others, we may then feel more brave and we may then feel more bold. xxx

Dark times come and go, like clouds in the sky. Some stay awhile, but then lift and pass by. Remember no-one in life gets a 'cloud-free blue sky'. Just as the weather is ever-changing, so it is for you and I. xxx PS: You WILL get through this.l

When life gets tough and gets you down, try to put on a smile, don't wear a frown. Nothing stays the same way, good or bad, so believe things WILL change whenever you feel sad. xxx

Believe to Achieve and Colour your days with a Rainbow Mindset.

Aim to live your life not in black and white, not in sepia but in COLOUR.

Seize the Moment,

But always remember
to Work, Rest & Play!

Sometimes life forces us to change
and that maybe hard to do.
We all love what we know and
cant give up those comfy shoes.
Raise your head high and
smile for you are strong.
Those comfy shoes will soon be
memories of a life you dont belong.
You will feel proud once you have done it
and so glad that you did.
Now new shoes can walk the path
that those comfy ones once did.

You will find your dreams hiding behind the next corner.
