This is a pretty 3D topper for a female birthday card. It has a lovely decorated cake in an ornate frame with a glass of bubbly and a pretty pair of shoes. All on a light golden backing with a silvery trim. Finished with pearls, a bouquet of roses and tags for your choice. Happy crafting.

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a scalloped edge white square card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with pearls to top outer corner of design.
A beautiful design.
