This is a quick square topper for a special birthday. It has a pretty sparkly dress and shoes, birthday cake, bottle of bubbly and glasses. Great for any lady celebrating that special occasion.

The design was printed on to matte photo paper and cut out.
I added a contrast panel to a 7x7 card then added the main image with foam tape.
The other elements were added with foam pads.
Various sentiment tags come with the design, I chose the 40th Birthday one
To finish the card I made a bow to match the contrast panel and added a printed verse inside.
