Printed onto glossy photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper and decoupage. Used a red backing card and attached the topper and backing card onto an `A4 scalloped card with double sided tape.
Used foam pads to secure decoupage and then put a green sparkly border around the topper.
Finished off with four snowmen decorations on each corner.
