Stitching with beads

I am looking at this design by Emy, as a beautiful elegant Victorian style necklace, so I used a dusty pink thread and dusty pink pearls on a 13 x 12cm, pale pink background.
I used a polyester thread in dusty pink to complete the stitching by following the very clear instructions. I used 64 round 2mm dusty pink pearls for the circle, and 2 tiny tubed shaped pearl seed beads for the clasp.
To complete the scroll, I attached a pearl the same size, and to complete the drops for the 2 hearts, I used a 7mm glass tube bead and a tiny round pearl seed bead for each one.
To complete the larger heart I used a glass, faceted kite shaped bead with 3 gems attached.
The total number of beads used is 72 and is made up of 65 round 2mm peal beads, 2 tube shaped seed beads, 2 glass 7mm tube beads, 2 tiny round pearl seed beads ,and 1 ornate glass bead with jewels.
To complete the card front, I used the pink flowers from a Friday freebie, a long time ago by Eva Cano, cup171351_750, to make the flowers to appear as if they were climbing, and coloured the leaves with a green pen.
I used some beading peel off strings to attach to the edges of the pink card, and made a backing sheet from cup799405_79993, Pink Clematis background sheet by Clare Walker, which I printed onto CB matte white card and cut at 14.5 x 13.5 and attached it to a white card front, which measures 14.75 x 13.75 cm and has the edges coloured in a deep pink pen.
I used this same backing sheet for the insert, and on the left hand side I attached the centre main theme from cup518876_1010, by Carol James, and on the right hand side, I attached 2 different sized flowers the same flowers as the climbing flowers on the front of the card, and some short lengths of the same peel off jewels.
This has to be one of the most feminine and elegant beading and stitching I have completed, and it was so quick and easy to complete.
Thank you Emy, and it must be popular as 11 of this design has already been purchased.
A big hug for yourself, Clare, Carol and Eva, with many thanks to all of you as well. Pamela Horton
