ED199 Christmas mandala

I love the examples that Emy includes with her patterns so I decided to show you what it would look like in different colours. I reduced the pattern slightly to fit my base card then pricked the design. I used 2 different variegated blue embroidery threads - I used the darker thread where Emy used orange. I also chose 2 different blue seed beads - using the pale beads inside the curves and the darker beads where Emy has used green beads.

I think my monochrome version looks gorgeous but I LOVE Emy's multi-coloured version, too.
