Its Birthday Time
A female 6" Octagonal fold back birthday card with an edge of turquoise coloured pearls and gold decorative corners on a pale turquoised coloured background.
The Octagonal centre shape has a pretty bouquet of yellow and orange flowers with hummingbirds.
The back page has a smaller matching bouquet with butterflies, and large vertical satin bow with the sentiment HAPPY BIRTHDAY

I printed this on thin matte photo paper and mounted it onto a thick white card. I cut the whole design out first and cut around the octagon shape and folded a mountain fold above and below the octoagon.
Then a valley fold to the centre of the design.
I then glued using pva glue each section at a time to a plain white card. I then cut again around the octagon shape in the plain white card, and folded each section carefully. I then added small red and yellow gems to the flowers and the hummingbird.
