Printed the designer "Have a fantastic day" sheet on photo paper. Cut out the pieces. Before printing the fold over base I printed a birthday greeting on it. Then I added the deco pieces and put it all together. Love this sweet design!

s outI printed this design onto plain white card, and cut the two designs out plus the ecoupae pieces.
Folded the base in half where indicated, mounted the two decoupage pieces onto the topper using sticky pads, and glued half way down on the back of the topper where indicated to the rocker base, making sure they are lined up and straight, using pva glue.
