This is a gorgeous 3D design
I printed on 220gsm Matt photo card and cut out all the elements.
Using a combination of photo glue, DST and double sided sticky foam pads I crafted the card.
This can be personalised should you choose to purchase the finished product

Printed on glossy photo paper and cut out, I folded where indicated with a valley and mountain fold on the base.
The large green topper I glued using pva glue, but put glue only half way down the topper, so that it sits on the upper folded part of the base.
When dry I put the top topper onto the green topper using sticky pads, and used sticky pads for the decoupage pieces.
