Creates an owl anne floral themed topper with 3d step by step decoupage for an 8x8" card. Can be reduced in size when printing, for smaller cards.

I mounted onto an 8 x 8 card with a punched border and decoupaged all the ample pieces using sticky pads.
I added pearls to the flower centres and added 2 of the sentiments.
I finished off by tying some cream tassels down the spine, fastened together with a gold bead. This is a beautiful design and has to be the best owl design on cup so far
I printed onto glossy photo card. I die cut a matting layer from pink pearlescent card which I added to a white card blank using wet glue then mounted the topper using DST.
I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with clear gems & a pale pink satin bow.
