I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I made a Back for the card in a Cream colour and Scored and Folded it into a card. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads 5x5x3mm.
I attached 2 Sentiments on to get it perfect for Wayne´s brother John who is the lucky resiever of this brilliant design.
I added a ribbon and made a Bow and added Pearls to the card. A Quick and easy Stunning, Cute, Loving and beary sweet design that turned into a Gorgeous card that I really like!!!!

I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to yellow paper, then on to a green striped card cup599619_2166 that I used to cover a card blank.
Layered all elements. Added my chosen sentiment and card candi. A great fun design.
