I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card with a punched edge.
I added a coordinating insert inside the card to show through the punched edge.. I assembled the elements with foam pads and added one of the sentiments.
Beautiful design, great graphics and the decoupage is lovely.
I printed onto glossy photo paper then cut out all the elements,I added the base design to a blank card then mounted the decoupage with glue gel,to finish I added tiny pearls around the frame,a feather to the hat and a stone to the ring.
