Although bumble bee numbers are declining, it doesn't seem to be the case in my garden. I have a hebe that has just come into flower and it's swarming with bumble bees. When I went out to cut the grass, I noticed a loud humming noise coming from the bush.
Taking the photo was a challenge as they move so quickly from flower to flower. Although bumble bees will only sting if they are provoked, I wasn't taking any chances. The grass was cut in record time ..... and very cautiously. These are 2 of my latest lace, butterflies and pearls sheets. I hope you like them.

We were walking along the banks of the Caledonian Canal near where we live when we spotted this beautiful little family swimming serenely by.
The cygnets are still very cute, but it won't be long before they're at the ugly duckling stage.
Just after my husband took the photograph, the parents had to usher the babies to safety out of the way of a passing boat. These are two of my shaped easel card mini kits.
Thank you for looking.

My husband was tramping in the hills above Loch Ness at the weekend when he came across this little deer sleeping in the heather.
It was so close that he could have touched it.
He carefully got his camera out of the bag and took this photo before moving away quietly so as not to the disturb it.
When he looked back, it was still happily snoozing in the sun. The card sheets below are 2 of my new shabby chic shaped cards.

This cute baby rabbit has started visiting our back garden. For the last two or three years, we've seen a few rabbits in the green spaces around where we live, even though we're in the middle of the city.
Some gardeners don't like them, but nothing in my garden is so precious that the rabbits can't have their share.
The only problem with this little chap is that our back garden is our Westie, Poppy's, territory. So far, they haven't quite come face to face, but it's been close. It keeps Poppy busy for hours every day tracking the rabbit's scent.

I?m absolutely delighted that I have reached Platinum status this week. My goal had been to get there by the end of May, so it?s great to have reached it with a couple of weeks to spare.
I?ve been designing for Craftsuprint for 15 months now, and I?ve enjoyed every minute. Platinum seemed like a distant dream when I started. I couldn't imagine selling 10,000 downloads. I?d like to thank all the customers who have bought my sheets and all the very talented card makers who have made such amazing cards for the gallery.
I also want to thank everyone at Craftsuprint HQ who have made it possible for me to do something I enjoy so much, and get paid for it. The only downside is that my control panel now tells me I have 39,990 to go until Titanium.
How scary is that? :) One day at a time, I think. I?ve attached a photo of my workstation where all the action happens ? well there and inside my head when I?m supposed to be sleeping at night! I?ve also attached a couple of my recent designs which I hope you like.
