News & Updates from Kirsty Green · Page 3

Winter is on its way, the days are getting shorter & the nights longer. This means that our heating is coming on in the evenings. Great news for Toffee our cat, he likes nothing better than to rest his cheek against the radiator LOL. Check out my Christmas designs

Our dog is a black Labrador called Oscar & he is 1 year old. He had a friend over to play at the weekend. Emmy is a Norwegian Ridgeback & she is 12 years old, my sister-in-laws dog.

They had a great time & Emmy could keep up with Oscar in their tug of war. He is a lot stronger than her being only 1 & a male, but Emmy knew with experience how to get the better grip on her tea-towel.

Cats are strange animals. I decided to clean the kitchen floor & so I lifted up Oscars bed, (our black Labrador dog).

As you can see it's a very big bed.

I turned to great my cleaning stuff, I turned back & Toffee the ginger & white cat was already sleeping on it. 10 minutes later Chester had settled on it too.

Now I know that the dog is their nemesis & that bed really smells of dog, so why would they sleep on it??

Hi everybody, I thought I would show you my young apple tree. This year it has an amazing bumper crop. I am trying to leave them on the tree as long as possible & then they will stay fresh longer.

There is no way we can eat all those apples.

I will have to ask around & see if I can give them away.

Peter surprised me yesterday. He works at Huddersfield & called in Thorntons during his lunch break. Here is my chocolate plaque. For ladies in America, the 6 weeks holiday is when the kids are off school.

I have a lot of patience but the kids push me to the limit with their arguing over the holidays. I love chocolate, but I will have to get back onto my slimming world diet once it's gone ;0(
