In February I had a fall and broke my shoulder, Its been a long painful time, but getting a lot better now !

I went to wales my homeland ! with my son and grandson, my grandson had a surfing lesson, on Aberavon beach, he was brilliant at it, and loved every minute of it !

To would say he was hooked, would be an under statement !

Just a shame we dont live closer to the coast. He lives in Falkirk it would be over 100miles round trip to get to the nearest beach that is suitable for surfing, so he will not be able to go often .

Still when he goes to Wales I know where he will be spending his time !

My Grandson was 16 yesterday, he was lucky enough to get tickets with his Mum and Dad to and see The British lions playing against Japan, in Murrayfield, on Saturday the day before his birthday.

He was lucky enough to get to meet some of his rugby heroes!

It made a great end to his week after his exam results !! 6 straight A !! We are really proud of him. Here is the card I made him
