I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layers with foam pads

I resized to a 7x5 card then printed on matte card I added to a matching base card then used foam squares to add the decoupage, glitter paint for some highlights and printed an insert and envelope to match on 100gsm paper to complete.
