Hi, Janice. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving. I used my time to download more of your files. I did have an issue when I was downloading the Christmas Glimmer series of 1 thru 12. When I downloaded #9, it was actually #8 again (The one with two mice). Could you please send me a link to #9? You know that I love your designs and buy as many as I can so I make sure to order as often as possible.

I also wanted to ask what the single sheets of patterned paper should be used for in each file. I absolutely love those designs and print them out to keep with the folder but I don't know what they are included into the file for. Could you please let me know so I use them correctly. Thank you for all your great designs.

Hello, I have just discovered sublimation onto mugs. Would it be possible to have the main picture of the clockmaker as a separate image and another image - collage of the two small paintings of clockmakers and various clocks as another separate image? I brought this design on October 6th 2022 there is a mistake as 2 & 3 frame are the same when number 3 should have a fox sitting on the snow The main picture shows the right design but the printout designs don't match
