Good Afternoon. Having printed off this design just now I have noticed the sentiment tag has the spelling error of 'awsome' instead of 'awesome'. I am hoping this can be corrected and within the next 24 hours if possible as I would hate to disappoint and have to let down a customer (or introduce a teenager to bad spelling - Ha! Ha!).

I hope you’re well. I’m reaching out regarding the "Christmas Train" image you have listed for sale on CUP. I am the original creator of this image, which I shared in a Facebook group for personal, non-commercial use only.

To be honest, I’m deeply frustrated and disappointed to see my work being sold without my permission. I put a lot of time and care into creating these designs, and it’s disheartening to see others take credit for and profit from them. When I shared these images, it was with the clear intention that they be used only for personal projects—not for commercial purposes.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve seen my images taken and sold by others, which is why I no longer share my designs in online groups. I want to be very clear: I do not give permission for my images to be sold or distributed commercially.

I kindly but firmly ask that you remove any listings or posts where you are selling my images, and refrain from doing so in the future. Respecting the terms under which these images were shared is extremely important to me.
