What to do on a rainy day? .

Good fun sun Arfternoon, making a start on the so called fairy magic room.lots of hard work from Amy and Ellen. very excited Nanny finding the mural she painted under the wall paper in 1989 for my two sons now 32 and 34.

Cant wait to see whats under the rest of the wall.

At last weather seems to be getting into summer, Yay. Last weekend,Granddad desided to wash the car,we have the granddaughters round on a sunday.They thought they would give a hand ,Great fun was had by all,not sure who got the better wash.

The car or us ,as you can see from the picture. Here are two cards with farther's day in mind. Happy Crafting xx

I love this time of year,you can get just about any weather,but we are on the right side of summer.Some photos i have taken.Of a place near where i live, called Ashridge .there is a surrounding forest ,If your lucky you will see the deer at the side of the road.

But the main attraction is the blue bells ,that people come in their hundreds to see.

Who would have belived, my husband and i Would be able to go the coast,this time of year ,hallween weekend .Went down to weymouth,lovely sunny weather,walked along the beach,everthing open even the fairground. and lights at night.The sun on the water in the eve was lovely.Got some great shots.Now sadly back to normol cold and wet oh well never mind.look forward to next year.

Don't you just love the colours of autumn; the reds, the greens, the browns? Now I have a better camera I can't wait to get out and take pictures of all the sights; here are a few... Every year I say the same to the family; you can't beat a crunchy leaf !!

One of my small pleasures is to find that leaf to crunch underfoot, pure bliss, that's the child in me coming out. I asked my eight-year-old granddaughter to give me a poem to go with my photos, here's what she reeled off in minutes, how cute I thought.
