Such a cute card printed out on smooth paper and card cut and layered up the decoupage with foam pads added together at the top with a greeting and some glitter to finish.

I printed on matte card joined front and back at the hat added layers with foam squares, used Kindyglitz on the hat, glossy accents on the eyes, nose and mouth and finished with gems.
