This is a gorgeous topper and very simple to use. I've cut out the design in white shimmer and a printed pastel blue and layered together with foam pads. I've decorated with a gorgeous swan design topper by Linda Griffith.

I cut the top and third layer out of golden haze card and the second layer out of a dusty pink card, I also enlarged the third layer and cut this out of the same pink card.
The top layer was glued to the second layer and the other layers decoupaged using 2mm sticky pads, this was then mounted onto an 8x8inch cream card.
A bunch of roses and leaves were glued to the centre of the card and the corners rounded.
