Please I have just purchased the above but for the life of me I do not know how to fold the base card to look like yours can you help

Hi Anna, I have seen your beautiful card using this design but I am having trouble cutting it. I have the Scn N Cut SDX so it has an auto blade feature but it just will not cut the design without tearing. Can you please give me some pointers as to how to cut it out.

Hi, I bought some files from crafts u print (svg files) and I am having the hardest time trying to figure them out. I have been using svg files in both programs for many years without any problem till I tried one of these and they all seem to be the same and was wondering if you could help me? First of all in Sure cuts a lot I can not see the design on the page after in insert it onto my mat unless the arrow is directly over it. If I take the arrow off it's gone, I can separate them but can only see one piece on the mat at a time and have to go back and forth between putting my arrow on a piece and preview because I can't see all the pieces at one. I have tried every single tool etc in the program but nothing fixes it. I also canot change line colors, can't put in a fill color or rotate anything in sure cuts a lot (to cut on my silhouette cameo). I did my first card today with one of these files and it took me over 5 hours just to get the pieces cut out because you simnply cannot see things on the mat or where you are placing them. . Now in Silhouette studio, I can see them and get things set up but it will not cut when I send them to the silhouette. All my svg and studio files from other companies work just fine and I'm at a complete loss when it comes to the files from this company. Any help you can give me would be completely appreciated. I've about given up on ever purchasing anything from this company again.
