I made this card using my Brother Scan and Cut.
I cut the base card out of Black card and then printed and cut out the balloon paper that is included with this design. to make the 3d elements i used rainbow paper which i then cut all the elements out of. i used double sided tape and foam squares to assemble the card and to finish it off i used a Happy Birthday sticker in silver and found some teardrop diamante for the candle flame.
The base card is cut from white 220 gsm card.
I cut panels for both the back and front of the card from the balloon paper and stuck them to the card before adding the cake, balloons and sentiment all of which were cut from various colours of 180 gsm card.
