Opened file with Silhouette Business Edition software and cut out all sections. Added elements with wet glue and applied as indicated on directions. Super simple card to assemble and beautiful design.
I cut the outer card from lilac card and the inside popup and card front panel from pink card. For the embellishments I used white, pink and lemon 180 gsm card and used wet glue to assemble the card.
