Birthday Cake Z Card and Balloon PaperCompleted by Deidre Chisnall

I made this card using my Brother Scan and Cut.

I cut the base card out of Black card and then printed and cut out the balloon paper that is included with this design. to make the 3d elements i used rainbow paper which i then cut all the elements out of. i used double sided tape and foam squares to assemble the card and to finish it off i used a Happy Birthday sticker in silver and found some teardrop diamante for the candle flame.
