By the Fourth birthdays a child can identify the 4 number making this a special card. The card is made up in layers from scrapbook paper as shown in the photo. But it could be done up in any material such as card stock with pieces decoupaged for special affect. This little boy can be used as an embellishment in other projects. The scrapbook paper pattern for the big 4 is included in a 300 dpi letter size jpeg.

The ZIP file contain a photo of the completed card, two cutting files in the file format purchased and the shops TOU which can be previewed in the shop policies.. Please note there is a separate format for PDF. The multi format includes all files listed.
