This baby carriage is designed after a wicker pram in the Heritage Park Farm and Museum in Huntington, West Virginia. It is a beautiful museum with 50+ different prams. Use the card topper on a 5.25 inch square card or the pram alone on a special project.
The zip file contains a photo of the completed project, the purchased cutting file and my TOU which is also displayed in the store policy.

The card was made by taking the lace backer sheet and welding a second one at the fold. This created a more delicate card.
The Sweet Dreams sentiment was heat powder embossed giving it a shiny surface. the wheels were adhered to the pram with foam adhesive giving it a raised appearance.
Pearl embellishments were used on the wheels and handles for added accent.
