This design was inspired by the lace seen while traveling in the Netherlands. A sentiment is not included so the card can be used for many occasions. The size is a square card of 5.25 inches.
There are multiple layers and is an ideal template to use with scrap card stock. The zip file includes the purchased file format, a photo of the completed project and the TOU which can be previewed in the shop policy link prior to purchase.

This card immediately made me think of blowing the seeds off from old dandelion flowers and making a wish as the seeds drift off on the breeze.
What a wonderful way to "wish" someone a very special day.
I used Wink of Stella to add a little sparkle to the dandelion seeds and background paper that has a burlap type print to it.
Add a couple of stamped sentiments and your card is ready to send those special "wishes" to friends and loved ones.
