Best Friend Vintage Lady Topper & Decoupage
This is a vintage portrait card topper,
with flower decoupage.
I have included several sentiment tags as well as a Happy 40th Birthday,
to make this card topper, print on quality photo paper, cut out all the pieces, use foam squares for the decoupage layers,
measure and fit to a Blank card front, and use DStape to mount,
choose the sentiment tag you wish to have.

I mounted onto a cream stepper card that I had punched down the sides and decoupaged with sticky pads. I added a die-cut butterfly to the bottom right and tied a butterfly tag to the top[ left. This is a really pretty design
Printed on Bobs Crafty paper glossy 250gsm
Attached by DST to white card with addition of pink pearlescent heart border; decoupaged using 1mm foam pads; added pink pearls
