Lovely topper really looks like shes dancing printed out on smooth paper added to a fancy card layered up the decoupage with foam pads finishing with some gold peel off.

I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Trimmed and attached the base image to fit on to a cream A5 scalloped edge card using DST, the added the decoupage with glue gel.
Added fancy gold peel off edging to the top and bottom and edged the sides of the image and outlined the flag with straight gold peel off edging.
Finished by adding gold gems to the sentiment panel.
