This card topper would be excellent for a variety of occasions and people with it's soft dove grey background and grapevine wreath, a colorful bird and lots of butterflies to give it extra layers.
The sentiment tags are in two different shapes and they say,
Happy Birthday
With Sympathy
Best Wishes
With Love
Just For You

I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper, mounted the main image to my card, then decoupaged up the card front.
