I PRINTED THIS ART WORK ONTO WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT IT OUT AND DECOUPAGED WITH STICKY PADS. THEN I CUT A BLANK CARD TO FIT IT. I GLUED A BACKGROUND TO IT. THEN I GLUED THE DECOUPAGE TO THAT.
THEN I LINED EACH SIDE AND THEN AGAIN AROUND THE DECO WITH GOLD METALLIC PAPER.
