Spring Victorian Portrait Topper & Insert & Decoupage
This is a Victorian portrait of a lady sitting in the garden surrounded by flowers.
There is an insert and a verse, and a variety of sentiment tags, and a small amount of decoupage.

I PRINTED THIS ART WORK ONTO WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT A BLANK CARD TO FIT THIS. THEN I GLUED THE TOPPER ONTO THAT. I USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I USED A PUNCH FOR THE PINK BORDER. I USED ALL DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER.
PUT A CRYSTAL IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL FOUR BOWS.
I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a grey tinted square card I layered a piece of cup355745_695 and then the image over that. I used gold peel-offs for borders around the image, the backing paper and the card base.
To complete the card I added some faux gems here and there. I kept the sentiment panel for the inside of the card on an insert. This is a really lovely image that would be suitable for a number of different occasions.
